Overpriced, and not consistent with what you would expect from a J.W. Marriott
It was an ok hotel, but very overpriced for the (lack of) quality. The minibar wasn't restocked, and had half-empty water bottles and other trash in it. Plus, the hotel staff was unable to give me credit or points for my stay, simply because my business colleague and I combined our bills to pay with a single credit card. Simplifying our accounting shouldn't cost me hotel points! Overall, I'd probably look at other hotels in the area before staying here again.

No value for money - bad service
We stayed there three nights. Hotel is nicely located but dis not advise that beachfront is closed for a few months. Service - sorry, we don’t know what that is...
Really lots of small things going awfully wrong each and every day. Promises to make things better by front office management were not kept at all. Rooms are nice, but certainly not reflecting JW Marriott - apart from price
We were told on way back to airport that our comments are well known ...

Séjour trop onéreux pour le service
Rapport qualité prix à revoir, chambre mal insonorisée, qualité du petit déjeuné pas incroyable, café en Thermos, Offre du restaurant pas très qualitative.
Pour le Taxi n accepter pas de prendre un privé si l hôtel vous dit qu ils sont tous occupés ! Vous payerez le double du prix alors que sur Google les premiers numéro fonctionnent et ce sont des Taxis standard.

Excellent Hotel
Je recommande vivement l'Hotel JW Mariott autant pour son emplacement géographieque, la beauté de l'hotel et d'autant plus pour la qualité d'accueil et d'écoute du personnel, la propreté de l'établissement et des chambres et une literie très confortable

Needs updating
We stayed five night in an ocean view room with a balcony. We enjoyed the view. The hotel needs a major updating. The Hollywood theme is stale and there is a lack of attention to details. There were no drawers in the room to fully unpack. The bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. I would recommend staying at another hotel in Cannes or to try a Bonvoy property in Nice.
