The jewel-like space sets an intimate tone with its aubergine color scheme, gold accents, and velvet fabrics, which complement ample seating areas with ottomans.

Equally captivating, the naturally lit dining room showcases statement wall frescoes framed by subtly striped cream walls, marble, and sculptural lighting fixtures. Modern wood furnishings are topped with a mix of complementary patterns in bright hues, including azure blues and sunflower yellows. Subtle marine sculptures nod to the resort’s beachfront location and the Eastern Mediterranean cuisine by Executive Chef Stuart Cameron.

The celebrated menu features traditional and local ingredients prepare using time-honored cooking techniques, modern methods, and regionally specific spices. Kitchen specialties—ranging from shakshouka, fattouche salad, and fresh crispy squid to lamb ribs and grilled whole branzino—are served family-style, adding to the welcoming, yet refined atmosphere.

For special occasions, two private and one semi-private dining room can host up to 525 guests.
