Original Chinese Pieces
This room is conceived a mixture of all the oriental influences mixed together, both in prints and wall coverings, with Chinese figures on mother-of-pearl and mirror backgrounds. The furniture mixes both original Chinese pieces, such as the magnificent pair of Coromandel lacquer cabinets from the Qing Dynasty, such as the Murano glass pineapple sconces from the Antibes Casino from the 1930s, with others designed with oriental inspiration, as well as the lacquer tables and marble making a characteristic Chinese scroll.
