Needing an upgrade
Pros: This RI is conveniently located close to the Metro for getting around. The staff are all amazing and breakfast was super over the 3-night stay. Lobby area is chic & what one would expect of the Residence Inn name; great quick elevators! Comfortable beds.
Cons: overall this hotel needs updating; our 2 bedroom suite was lacking in my opinion to meet the standard Marriott RI experience I've had elsewhere; carpets will be replaced next; room decor/furnishing is tired/aging; bathroom is older; kitchen was ok. Only one bedroom had TV/dresser; 2nd bedroom had only night stands & no HVAC - a portable heater was provided.
Overall a good stay - after all we only used the suite to sleep; just a different experience from the other Residence Inns where we have stayed previously.

Always a great Stay!
Residence Inn by Marriott (Westmount, Quebec), is a wonderful hotel, the staff is so remarkable, they go out of their way to make our stay exceptional!
I have been coming here for the last 6 or 7 years.......and the service is always wonderful. I typically come with groups from out of town and they love it here! The location is great......not right on the main (Ste-Catherine St. ) so it is quite, but close enough to be in the 'action' when you want to! The Breakfast is delicious and with enough variety that a person can have a different breakfast every day of the week! the rooms are clean and stylish, and I love the pool and fitness room!

wonderful stay in Montreal

Employees are very pleasant and helpful. Kitchettes had everything you need. Location is walking distance to everything you want.

Excellent Stay
The Residence Inn Westmount is my favorite hotel. I do stay here often for business. I often host groups of students and this is my go to hotel. The staff is great, which really makes this hotel for me! The hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained! the breakfast has so much choice I can eat something different every day of the week!

A very convenient hotel
A very convenient hotel for staying in Montreal when visiting for business or pleasure. Good location, very close to the Atwater Metro station and the Alexis Nihon shopping center. I stay here regularly for many years two or three times every year for 10 to 12 days each time.
